FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

*Conduct rental application screenings and tours *Maintain up-to-date homeowner/tenant records database
* Assist with the board of directors' election, including creating and tracking ballots * Monitor and document architectural violations * Handle all printings and mailings, including newsletters and annual meeting notices * Assist with association and board meetings
* Conduct monthly common area and quarterly rental home inspections * Conduct rental application screenings and tours

* Routine maintenance on all systems and * Pre-Inspection and Make Ready checklist for rental or sale
* Enforce covenants & restrictions

* Issue and review Request for Proposal to license and insured contractors from a highly preferred vendor list

* Assistance with the Architectural Review of homeowner changes for compliance
